5. Your health information

Health information you share through our intake forms, consultations, and clinical communications is treated as protected health information ("PHI"). We collect and maintain your health information through our secure electronic medical record (EMR) and patient platform — not through this public website.

We do not sell your personal information or your health information, and we do not use or share your health information for advertising.

6. Cookies and tracking

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep the website functioning, remember your preferences, and understand how visitors use the site. These may include:

•Strictly necessary cookies — required for the site to work

•Functional cookies — remember your settings and choices

•Analytics cookies — help us understand site usage

You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings, and through any cookie banner or preference controls provided on our site. Our website does not collect health information, and we do not use advertising or remarketing tracking technologies on our scheduling or patient-platform pages.

7. When we share information

We share information only as needed, and never for payment or sale:

•Service providers. We use trusted vendors who help us operate, including our electronic medical record (EMR) and patient platform (Practice Better), our website host (Wix), payment processors, the licensed pharmacy that dispenses your medication, shipping carriers, our supplement dispensary (Fullscript), and email, text, and IT service providers. These providers may access information only to perform services for us and are expected to protect it. Where required, health information is handled under HIPAA standards, including written agreements with our business associates.

•Legal requirements. We may disclose information when required by law, court order, or subpoena, or when necessary to protect your safety or the safety and rights of others.

•Business changes. If our practice is ever merged, acquired, or reorganized, information may be transferred as part of that transaction, with continued protection.

•With your direction or consent. For example, when you ask us to share information with another provider.

8. Text messages and email

By providing your phone number or email address, you agree that we may contact you about your care and our services using those channels. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can reply STOP to opt out of text messages, use the unsubscribe link in marketing emails, or contact us at any time to update your communication preferences.

If you opt out of marketing communications, we may still need to contact you about your care using other available means. We limit clinical detail in text and email messages consistent with your preferences, and we use secure platforms for clinical communication.

9. How we protect information

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information, including encryption of data in transit, access controls, and secure platforms for clinical messaging. Health information is stored in our EMR and related secure systems, which include additional protections designed for medical records. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. If you believe your information has been compromised, please contact us right away.

10. How long we keep information

We keep medical records and other information for as long as required by Wyoming law, HIPAA, and applicable professional standards, and for other legitimate business purposes such as resolving disputes and complying with our obligations. When information is no longer needed, we dispose of it securely.
